As a not-for-profit organisation owned by Scotland's universities and colleges, APUC is effectively the sectors' procurement agency providing a full end to end procurement service tailored to institutions' needs and supporting their best interests.
 
APUC's capital procurement support is a unique, free of charge service available to member instituions. APUC's expert public sector procurement professionals offer support to colleges involved in:

  • One-off capital investments;
  • New build projects; and
  • Migrations.

APUC's Capital Procurement team is funded by the Scottish Funding Council (SFC) on a not-for-profit basis and offers procurement support unhindered by any reliance on supplier rebates, loyalty payments, nominated supplier listing fees or finders fees.
