Requesting Personal Data

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to ask APUC to inform you whether it processes any personal information relating to you and, if so, to provide you with a copy of such data. This is called a subject access request.

If you wish to access your personal information from APUC, you should make your request in writing to:

Your request should include a contact address and documented evidence of who you are (for example, a copy of your driving licence, passport or birth certificate). You should provide as much detail as possible regarding the information you wish to access. We may come back to you for additional details in order to locate the information you require. We also require payment of £10 before we can start to search for your information. Please make your cheque payable to APUC Limited.
