Requesting Personal Data

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) you have the right to ask APUC to inform you whether it processes any personal information relating to you and, if so, to provide you with a copy of such data. This is called a subject access request.

If you wish to access your personal information from APUC, you should complete the Subject Access Request Form and send it to:

Michael Caithness
Governance Manager
APUC Ltd
Unit 27,
Stirling Business Centre,
Wellgreen,
Stirling
FK8 2DZ
Email

Your request should include a contact address and documented evidence of who you are (for example, a copy of your driving licence, passport or birth certificate). You should provide as much detail as possible regarding the information you wish to access. We may come back to you for additional details in order to locate the information you require.

We will meet your request within one month of receiving all the above information.

In responding to your requests for information we will do so in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Some information may not be available because it falls within one of the exemptions of the Act. When that happens, we will tell you which exemption applies and, in most cases, why the information cannot be provided.
