Sustainable Procurement
APUC is committed to embedding and effecting advanced sustainable procurement. APUC has developed a suite of sustainable procurement tools to use as well as having policies in place. APUC has also developed 'Sustain', a sector wide collaborative tool used to assess supply chain sustainability. Supplier Guidance

Procurement Strategy
The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 has brought a requirement for all public sector bodies with an annual regulated procurement spend over £5m to publish a procurement strategy. Find the template here on how to write a compliant strategy.

Counter-Fraud
British Universities Finance Director's Group (BUFDG) developed a Counter-Fraud toolkit which contains HE specific counter-fraud resources. This toolkit can be used by client institutions and the latest version can be accessed from the BUFDG website.

Fraud Awareness eLearning
BUFDG has also provided access to an eLearning course on Fraud Awareness and this has been set up for all APUC staff and includes links to APUC's own policies. The training can be accessed here. Each client institution can set up its own eLearning course by contacting BUFDG directly.
